If you're having issues with your computer, this will allow an SJU Technology Service Center representative to connect remotely to your computer and view your screen in order to assist you. Session traffic is fully encrypted to protect your system's data. Once a session has begun, you will be able to end it at any time.
Under the Representatives section, if there is a specific representative you would like to work with, simply click on their name and you will be connected via remote session.
The SJU Technology Service Center's hours are 7:30am - 7:00pm (EST), Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:00pm on Friday. We are closed Saturdays and Sundays during the summer.

This will generate a ticket to IT and a representative will contact you to help resolve your issue. You will receive an email with your ticket number once created.
